The client was ecstatic with the architects design as the space was utilised pleasantly in the narrow r4 zoned site.
The residential home which will be built at 23 Mermaid Street, glenfield,is a two storey single dwelling family home consisting of five bedrooms & a study. This beautifully architecturally designed home boasts a stunning front & rear façade design as well as unique large void space with a spiral staircase. The design also includes generous balcony spaces throughout the home, adding to the open space.
The client at 29 Bundarra Court, Wattle Grove, desired an extension of their home. The architect solved this by extending their existing living room & adding an additional floor that is accessed from that living area. The final extension design included a larger living area on the ground level & the first floor comprised of two bedrooms, each with a toilet. The first floor also had a common living area with an outdoor balcony. The client was very impressed about their final design as it pleased every aspect of their spatial & practical needs.
For this project AustralBuilt’s client was a doctor who owned an empty space at this address for the purpose of opening up a general practice & circumcision clinic. It was up to the architect to find the best solution to incorporate the appropriate spaces needed in this type of environment such as the office spaces, surgery rooms & the reception/waiting area. In the end the client & the architect came to the perfect solution that would be the most practical in operating this type of business. The general practice & circumcision clinic also shows off the finest quality interior fittings and finished.
For this project our client’s main intention was to get the best value from their land as possible. At this address AustralBuilt designed a double storey duplex dwelling and managed to fit four decent sized bedrooms as well as incorporating unique void spaces in each of the dwellings. The client was amazed at the utilisation of space in the duplex as the architect was working with narrow dimensions for the dual occupancy.
The residential home which will be built at 105 Ernest Street is best described as a double storey single dwelling with a basement car park & attached granny flat. This is the largest project for AustralBuilt in terms of floor space. The home consists of a total of three levels, and is designed to the maximum space possible for the site. The architect was able to come up with the ideal solution for an additional granny flat as requested by the client, this was done by attaching it to the garage on the basement level.
The secondary dwelling which will be built at 39 North Road, Ryde, is best described as a two bedroom granny flat (secondary dwelling) with a living/ kitchen and a double garage which is detached from the existing dwelling. The design was challenging because of the minimum setbacks, however, the architect was able to come with a perfect solution for the design while following all the strict guidelines.
